Must be concealed carry on Wheeler but it is always good allowing little of the barrel to show. That kind of shucks always happens down in that area. I personally just call them out and they leave. I have been fishing 300 yards in before and had a guy show up in shorts and a hoodie during summer with snakes crawling all over. I can also tell you in Mooresville they deal with that shucks daily. Day Park, better known as "The Pumps" to most folks who are familiar with Decatur was jokingly called by another name that rhymes with "Day" for years. Also no chain link fencing. Wide open come and go as you please. Trooper I dated told me story about him patrolling it one night. Drove up on a couple guys. Old guy about 60 had him a young fella in early 20's bent over. Old guy told the trooper, "you done caught us so you might as well let me finish!!!"
