Still not a huntable population in a few parts of Cullman County. Never seen a deer within a few miles of our house.

I killed the only deer on the Cullman/Blount county line a couple years ago. Really. I knew it was alone.

I shot a good 9 pt on Saturday that was in a field with some does. He wasnt chasin or anything he was just stickin close by to make sure nobody else was. Tarsals were just starting to get smellin.

Still not a huntable population in a few parts of Cullman County. Never seen a deer within a few miles of our house. My mother works at Holly Pond school. A few years back around Christmas she was reading Rudolph to the class. Someone looked out the window and said look at that deer. She said it was the biggest rack deer she had ever seen walking by the football field. I know folks that have been killing deer over that way for years.
