Just saw where a friend of mine killed a brute of a 10 point in Cullman co.Seems like some good ones coming in from there..I can remember when there was not a huntable population there.

What part of Cullman County? I got a spot down there that I hunt. Wondering if the rut has kicked in yet.

Still not a huntable population in a few parts of Cullman County. Never seen a deer within a few miles of our house.

I killed the only deer on the Cullman/Blount county line a couple years ago. Really. I knew it was alone.

Where i hunt in lower cullman county it is just now starting to get going. I shot a good 9 pt on Saturday that was in a field with some does. He wasnt chasin or anything he was just stickin close by to make sure nobody else was. Tarsals were just starting to get smellin.

My mother works at Holly Pond school. A few years back around Christmas she was reading Rudolph to the class. Someone looked out the window and said look at that deer. She said it was the biggest rack deer she had ever seen walking by the football field. I know folks that have been killing deer over that way for years.

Lol at those saying the deer numbers are small in Cullman. I've got all kinds of good bucks on my little 90 acre tract.

Nope. No deer in Cullman, better off to stay down south grin
