This makes for great reading.I think very few clubs are worth getting in,my dad and I have run a small club for 30+ years in coosa county.Usually a handful ,maybe 25% of the members help do anything but the other 75% are quick to tell you what,when and where something needs to be done.I have began to enjoy management area hunting in the past 10 years or so,you can usually find woods that arent butchered up and for the most part not pressured.

I was thinking to myself, "sounds like any other hunting club I've been a part of!"

I got out after 2 years. Too much $$$ and too much drama.

Good to read what everyone has had to say about the club. It's hard to find a good club when you're trying to find one for your wife and 6yr old to enjoy. If it was just me it wouldn't be hard but family oriented clubs are hard to find. Thank you guys for the info.

A lot of the old problems are supposed to be taken care of with the new president. There was some kind of dispute with the way it used to be run and the lease or land owner
