I have a EZ-go 2012 lifted cart which I really like but when hitting the woods it squeaks like crazy over rough terrain, is the anything that I can do to fix this?

My club car had crappy rubber bushings in the lift kit I put on and they squeaked. I replaced them with urethane and greased all the grease fittings and all that squeaking stopped.

What brand bushings would you recommend?

2nd the bushings suggestion, I bought all new ones at battery source and replaced them.

White lithium grease works on springs and other squeaks too

I've got a knocking sound that sounds like it's coming through the steering wheel up the steering column. Pisses me off

I honestly don't remember. They were red if that helps. Whatever fits and is urethane will probably cure your problem. I doubt it matters what brand.

Mine did that. It was the steering shaft hitting the brace when the cart hit a hole and the springs compressed.

I ended up taking the shaft out, and cutting the one piece shaft out from between the knuckles, and replacing with square tubing on one shaft, and smaller square bar on the other, like an agricultural drive shaft.

Now when the cart suspension suppresses, the steering shaft slides up inside itself. No noise now. It drove me crazy for over a year before I got tied of it and fixed it.
