Gasket is acceptable, although a little wavy. Appears to be inserted firmly with no wiggle

Flashing on the exterior is minimal, although you can see where they cleaned it up in minor spots. Not bad, but slightly less finished than the better Yeti copies. Nothing that stands out unless you look hard.

I really like the extended pull lip. It's noticeable versus a Yeti

Rubber latches are fine. They secure with a slight tug. Not as hard/tight of a pull as a Yeti. I don't know if that should be considered good or bad.

Plug seems fine. Threaded hole slightly rough, but nothing to impair function

Didn't come with a Yeti sticker. Despite that, and the fact I'm pissed at their delivery and general lack of communication, I added an ALDeer sticker to make me feel better.

If you don't really need a 65qt , get a 45qt. This thing is really really big. Noticeably larger than a Yeti 65.

I'll monitor this thread for any questions

Final Verdict (so far without using it):

Quality: definitely worth the $$ versus a Yeti.

Delivery and General Crap with ordering: if I had to do it over again, I'd wait till RTIC is up and running on solid ground before ordering. My recommendation is wait till you read numerous reviews stating they are shipping as promised. Or just pay double for the Yeti.

Thanks for the update. Like you stated I think I will wait until they are more solid with their delivery. I was thinking about 65 as well, but may consider the 45 since it's bigger than the yeti 45.

Now we need this summer weather to hang around for a couple of weeks so you can give it the ice test wink

I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

Thanks for the review. Based on the the dimensions the 65 will be a perfect fit for the seat on my center console.

Glad you got it & thanks for the review. Hopefully I'll get mine soon and can do the "how many quartered deer can it hold" test.

All's well that ends well. Appreciate the review. I think their smallest one will suit me fine and I'm fine waiting til they have ready to ship inventory.

M48, would you mind measuring yours to verify the dimensions match those posted on the RTIC site? Thanks
