He's probably going to win 10 games this year. Has a 10 win team ever fired their coach before? Bill Curry went 10-2 his last year at Bama with an SEC championship. They was chunking bricks through his window with death threats tied to them. You don't beat AU at Bama....you gone. yep... That was a weird deal. Alabama people never liked Curry, kind of like Auburn people never liked Tuberville or Bowden. Weird how some coaches never seem to fit in at a particular school. Wrong, the majority of Auburn people loved Tubberville. Coach Tubbs just had a hard time with one paticular booster. If you dont believe that, look at all the pics of him on campus this year and the warm welcome he gets every time. You are right they did not like Bowden

I would take Tubby at UGA in a heartbeat. Haven't heard his name come up though, I guess it is because the powers to be already have their guy.
I mean honestly, how much time would you have to spend to consider this job offer.
I currently make $1 mill and some change right now and work under the shadow of ST. Nick.
If I take the job, I will get between $3 and $3.5 million with incentives.
A team loaded with talent and incoming talent.
A new state of the art indoor facility within a couple of years.
Get to coach at my alma mater.
Have a chance to show that I can compete and defeat the mighty and invincible St. Nick.

Gotta make it to Atlanta to get to see Coach Nick anytime in the near future sweetie pie. Better worry about finding somebody that can beat Mac and Sgt Carter

COME HOME KIRBY. BE A MAN and STAND WITH THE G. If Georgia really wants Kirby then they will get him. That's a no brainer. If he turns the job down you can look for Saban to step down soon and Kirby to take over. The odds of that happening are slim. Kirby deserves it and I'm proud for him. Too bad we are going to have to kick his ass a couple times down the road.

I haven't looked at a schedule but I think I remember hearing UGA played at BDS next year? No Georgia on the schedule next season unless it happens in Atlanta in the SECCG. The next time UGA rotates back onto Alabama's regular season schedule is 2020.
