Maybe a stupid question but if he didn't care to break the law and hunt with a .22 of all things during bow season over bait, then why would he care if he has a license or not ??

Deep down he doesn't really care but it's some family land in TN he would be hunting as a non-resident. He is extra scared of TN gamewardens, he says

I believe this guy probably was in the wrong. Just saying, I have squirrel hunted out of a treestand many times. I realized how many squirrels I would see while deer hunting and how few I saw while sitting on the ground squirrel hunting. Figured it wouldn't hurt to try a treestand. Killed limits.

Yeah c’mon. Daniel White

If anybody does find out concerning my original post pm message me. I would like to know to prove that breaking the law in AL can affect you in another state, but I am not a lawyer as well. LOL

Sometimes there is nothing you can do for people. You have to write them off and hope they will come to their senses in the future. Sounds like this guy is in denial. What can you do? Probably nothing.

Not really I just wanted to prove a point to him concerning breaking the law in AL then moving up to hunt TN as a legal hunter.

You just seem a little overly concerned about someone else's business to me.

Hmm. That made me think. You may have read this guy right. I may look at his past posts to get a clue. Not tonight though. Too tired from hunting all weekend. Legally, I might add...
