A co-worker of mine recently got caught hunting deer by bait and using a firearm on AL opening day of bow season. He has a court date for 12/14/15 in Marion county. He feels like he will probably lose his AL hunting license for this year and maybe next year as well. His plan if this happens is to start hunting TN legally immediately by purchasing a TN license, but I told him, that his record may follow him to TN? Does anybody know the rules or laws concerning this?? To me it seems too easy for a lawbreaker to move on to another state like TN without any restrictions. thanks this has been on my mind since I found out earlier this week at work on break.

Wow is right he claimed to be squirrel hunting (using a 22 mag in a ladder stand) at first but after some grilling confessed to be in the wrong.

It sounds to me like he knew exactly what he was doing. He just didn't give a damn.

Nothing smart ass about it. Guy is a phucking idiot. Hopefully just a "co-worker" though. Seems to readily know a lot about it.

Attention::: your friend is an idiot. If he really got caught hunting over bait with a rifle on opening day of Alabama bow season, HUNTING should be his LAST PRIORITY!!!! He should be focusing on his personal issues and the number of digits he holds as an IQ.

Hopefully you don't work with him in a hazardous environment where he could possibly make a bad decision and cause an injury or worse.
