Man, that sucks! I hate that for y'all...I wouldn't think the local folks around there would waste a deer, though. They'd probably eat every morsel of meat, I would think ???

I know of a guy that does that. He doesn't eat deer, cuts the head off, and throws the whole deer away and doesn't even attempt to donate it. I didn't know until this year that's what he does with all of them. Sorry as hell.

People who do that crap need to be beat with a rubber hose and all hunting privileges taken away for life.

I know a place south of Troy the essobees throw whole deer in a creek all the time. I've seen 10+ in there a bunch of times.

Doubt it, I would cut the horns off where it was, not loaded it up and hauled it somewhere. It's possible they shot it and didn't find it for a period of time that made them concerned about the freshness of the meat?

A couple of years ago I went to look at a piece of property that was up for lease. It was late February when I rode it out. As I was leaving something in a ditch caught my eye and I pulled over to see it. There were at least 10 headless deer carcases of different degrees of decomp. I knew then I didn't want that lease. That's to much of a problem to deal with.

I had rights to a piece of property in New Market last year and the neighbors were very hostile. Seems they were used to hunting that land and didn't want me there. There was a decent buck that was using the property and I had my eyes set on him being my first racked buck. One day when I returned to my truck from a hunt he was laying about 15 yards from my truck in plain site with his antlers cut off.

I was so pissed but I threw him up on the bed of my truck and took his backstraps and tenderloins.
