I know of a guy that does that. He doesn't eat deer, cuts the head off, and throws the whole deer away and doesn't even attempt to donate it. I didn't know until this year that's what he does with all of them. Sorry as hell.

Could be roadkill picked up off the road the horns are still on that one. Doubt it, I would cut the horns off where it was, not loaded it up and hauled it somewhere. It's possible they shot it and didn't find it for a period of time that made them concerned about the freshness of the meat?

A couple of years ago I went to look at a piece of property that was up for lease. It was late February when I rode it out. As I was leaving something in a ditch caught my eye and I pulled over to see it. There were at least 10 headless deer carcases of different degrees of decomp. I knew then I didn't want that lease. That's to much of a problem to deal with.

There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??

I had rights to a piece of property in New Market last year and the neighbors were very hostile. Seems they were used to hunting that land and didn't want me there. There was a decent buck that was using the property and I had my eyes set on him being my first racked buck. One day when I returned to my truck from a hunt he was laying about 15 yards from my truck in plain site with his antlers cut off.
I was so pissed but I threw him up on the bed of my truck and took his backstraps and tenderloins.
