Look at Arctic Shield bibs and jacket. Good stuff. Hotter'n a 22-year-old college cheerleader. Lots of good options. If money's no object look at Sitka or Arctic Shield. I bought a Sitka Kelvin Lite Hoodie jacket last week and it's every bit worth the money IMO. If you're on a budget check out Cabela's line including the Wooltimate. I have some UA InfraRed and it's good, too. I usually go to the wool in hard winter, though. It's tough to beat wool.

I use the UA base layers, regular 6 pocket pants, flannel shirt or hoodie, fleece over pants and jacket, and if well below freezing I'll add a fleece vest, fleece beanie, fleece neck gator, fleece gloves and wool socks and mucks. Plenty thin/light for bow Hu ting and plenty warm.

Scent Blocker Alpha Fleece is the best stuff I have ever owned. Warm, light weight, and comfortable. If it gets really cold you can layer under it and still be comfortable.
