We actually have some at a local curb market, now. Not sure how they will hold up until Christmas. Wed, the 25th, we'll have a thousand or so on 119 S in Alabaster. What kinds of trees do y'all have? Spruce pines I think from NC. They come in on a truck and the scouts unload and put them out. Pretty trees. I love the spruce trees. Just may come see you next Wednesday. Where are you located 119? Please do...and I misspoke...our first sale shift begins at 9am on Friday morning...black Friday!Somebody from Troop 532 will be manning the lot from 9am - 9pm Fri and Sat and from 11am - 9pm on Sun. Directly across from Thompson Intermediate in the field in front of the quarry adjacent to the antique store.

Ours is coming week of Thanksgiving. A good friend of our son owns a nursery and he buys an 18 wheeler full each winter and tries to pre-sell prior to arriving. They are Frazier Furs that run about $65 to $ 70 for a 7-8 ft tree.

The hot water opens up the pores in the tree trunk and allows it to absorb a ton of water. Do you just pour it on the trunk? Just saw this, but no we put it in a 5 gallon bucket of scalding water overnight and then bring it inside the next day to put in the stand.
