Unexpectedly lost my land that I hunt. Owner sold the timer and is it being clear cut. I am looking for a club or land to lease with in a 1 1/2 of Athens.

Unexpectedly lost my land that I hunt. Owner sold the timer and is it being clear cut. I am looking for a club or land to lease with in a 1 1/2 of Athens. Unless he told you no hunting, keep hunting while they are cutting. Talk to the loggers, they can tell you where the deer are. The deer will flock to the fresh cut as soon as the machines shut down for the day.

If it is still standing I will. The logger said the would have the one side done this week and start on the other side in a week. I gun hunt only due to selling my bow. My main objective is to find something so my son does not miss out hunting with me this year.

How many acres of land they cutting? Id more than likely not give up on it and hunt the edges.
