Squeaky OP 12 point Joined: Jan 2006 Posts: 5,003 Covington County	I'll make this short and to the point. My farmer is closing on the below farm tomorrow. This farm can be made available for the remainder of this year. Gun and bow tags are available over the counter. He's willing to lease farm for 5k this year only with a max of 5 guys. He's looking for a long term commitment if farm meets expectations. The lease will be 18k for 2016-2017 season and will include full use of farm house that sits on the property. Farm is currently enrolled in CRP with adjoining crop ground on the neighbors. I would like to form a group to secure this farm if there is interest. Please only serious inquiries. My FNL owns a farm about 1 hr East of there and is trying to buy another 110 acres that joins it. They refused his offer of $420,000....and are deadset on $500,000. That land is expensive up that way!
