Had nothing but a big ol fat raccoon. Sent an arra through him. Got my first bow kill....not what I wanted...but oh well  Hopefully tomorrow, it will be a deer! Did you save the pecker as a trophy of your first bow kill?

On a foodplot in Monroe county. Hot as Hades. Oak in the patch and in the she dropping acorns. What part of Monroe? Right off 84. I'm not super familiar with the area, down here hunting with a buddy. I saw a fawn and he broke his bow cherry on an Alabama 11 point. Aka, a spike. Tomorrow evening and Sunday should be jam up with this front coming through
