What y'all do besides medicate for headache remedies
There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??

42 years of migrain headaches and I've learned to manage them really well. The absolute best medicine I've found is Excedrin Migraine. If I'm too far gone and my stomach is involved, no medicine on the planet will help. Not until I get the stomach right. I use Alka Seltzer to get my stomach back in action then I take the Excedrin.
Here's a fantastic, sure fire way to get almost immediate relief from a migraine heaadache. I discovered this when I was a kid ... heat helps and I don't care what some doctor says it really helps. If not too bad I use a heating pad on my pillow and press it up against the effected area (for me that is my left temple). If it's really bad I get in the hot tub with a danged snorkel and submerge my head for a good 5 minutes. I swear it works wonders

Funny, i started to start a thread just like this 2 weeks ago. I had gone 2-3 months with a daily headache. Now, i'd been hit by ticks 5 times this summer. The worst one was back in may, when i had to go get antibiotics. Headaches started in late july or august. I shrugged them off as allergy/stress/fatigue, but began to get concerned about lyme/rmsf. On 10/8, the headache was so bad i contemplated going to the er...called and got appt with dr. Diagnosed with "cluster headaches", no lyme or rmsf thankfully. Prescribed a pain med and muscle relaxers, as mine would start in my neck and push upwards. He told me it would take a while to break the "cycle". It did, i've been headache free for 3 days now...thank you Lord. I say all that to say...don't put off going to doc if your's persists more than a couple days. I thought i was being tough...turns out i was just being stupid. 
The harder I practice, the luckier I get.

Be careful with headaches could be something else going on there. unless your just hung over then goodie powders are the ticket!

The best medicine for them is a prescription called Maxalt. I got put on a prevetative vaso-dilator called Propanolol. After a few months of taking it, mine went away. I only get one every few months now. As for non prescription remedies, caffeine can work. A cool rag or water on the back of your neck can work as well, as it cools the blood to your head, and constricts the blood vessels going to your brain, as a rush of blood to the head can cause them sometimes. I would go get an EEG and get the doc to make sure you don't have a major underlying cause, then get a prescription relief.

I was getting them and eventually was prescribed a CPAP machine due to sleep apnea. Once I started using the device, the headaches were no longer a problem and I just felt better in general.

Ba careful with Alka Seltzer and powdered pain relievers. They can and will eat the lining out of your stomach which can lead to bleeding ulcers. Been thru it.
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

It can just be an elevated BP from your norm which can be due to anything from diet, stress, or lack of sleep. Now here's my nurses statement for the day --- If you are on BP meds make sure you take them and I won't be seeing you for stroke or kidney failure. Besides if you're worried that the meds might affect the lead in your pencil they have meds for that too. So take your BP medications.
