got a timber lease this year ,been in 3 times ea time got some one been in there, set up cameras to see mebe ,Timber co. are going have GW to start ck the lease ares I quess that's just my luck.

Then take anything u find and leave note. Liability to landowner. Find atv trails, block them. Be nice if u come across them. The first time

Timber track is clearly marked trees are painted & signs up, gates are put up, its just wait & see

If I'm not mistaken, all land in the state of Alabama is posted by law. Signs are not required to make a conviction. First time could be the last.

I wouldn't be nice to em ever, they know damn well they ain't paying no lease or have a permit. Put the law on em every time.

tember co. said they would have the Game Wardens to go in next week . there a lot of sign from trk &. foot they worked the 200 ac. over pretty good. ill go back in a week ck cameras.

I wish it was that easy. We have had several run in's with trespassers and the sheriffs in 3 different counties have all told me even if posted first time caught you had to warn them. I have never had a sheriff do more than tell them they arent welcome there.

Video record them with your phone while ya tell them stay off the property. I always get pics of them and their vehicles.

Good luck but chances are after this year and all the frustration you will be looking for another lease. You can't win with outlaw locals.....You might win a battle or two but you will eventually loose the war

you are confusing Criminal Trespassing with Hunting w/o Permission. All land in Al is posted against hunting w/o permission and no signs, etc are needed to prosecute. Trespass is different.

There is a reason why that lease was available and you may have found that reason.

Where is your lease? We had problems on my last lease with the people next door hunting our oaks early season.

I hope you get it figured out. We got it to stop when we took up their trail cameras, 2 lock ons, and a tree climber. lol plus we got their corn feeder for them too. They seemed to honestly believe they were hunting the right property. We leased land that had not been leased in years, so they always hunted it thinking it was theirs.

how in the hell do you "think" a place is yours. No one has a map????? or a lease?

I bet there is a forum somewhere where a fellow is complaining of about some thieves taking trail cameras, two lock ons, a climber and a corn feeder from land that they've hunted for years and another guy is complaining about some fellow that is trying to hunt on land that he already has leased and an agent for a Timber Comapany somewhere is cashing two checks saying "surely, that land is big enough they won't cross paths with each other."
