Ive heard a lot about guys finding deer sanctuarys. I think i found one. I was out piddlin around some land and came across a small patch of woods theres not a single oak tree there all hickorys every where you look theres scrapes fresh ones to. im gonna try my best to get permission to hunt there land. its right beside a horse pasture. On the other side of the horse pasture is a huge field its growed up now but used to be a corn field i think there bedding in that thick stuff and then coming across the horse pasture into the woods im wanting to hunt and going out into the bean field to eat what do yall think? also where would be the best spot to put a stand or a blind or use a climbing stand??

I think you might want to get permission before you go "piddling" around on some ones property. some folks get kinda pissy about that.
but you found scrapes in early October? wth yep i was gonna post some pics but cant figure out how
