I lease from an individual. This will be my 18th season on the property. 2 years ago the owner wanted the turkey rights for himself and he took $700 per year off the lease. We started out paying about $3 per acre and now we're at about $6 per acre. 2 members and 1 real good helper for work days.

I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

I lease from six individuals and three timber companies. None of the private landowners retain hunting rights.
