Might have to test their customer service again ... The slider wouldn't budge so I tried to loosen the slider tightening pin and take it off. Well it loosened, sheared plum off ... Dang I still couldn't adjust the slider until I cranked back the windage 10 turns 
I don't want to pass quietly into the night. I want to slide in sideways kickin and screamin

You sure the isn't anything wrong with either of the front two tracks? Nothing is wrong that I can tell. I do think that the tension on the unit due to me cranking the windage bound it up though

Got it back repaired on Friday, installed it and shot 20 right away. Works perfectly
