I heard someone mention he was trying to get Brad Farris (obviously a great friend and former employee) some pub for his new real estate venture.
That farm is simply beyond description. What a beautiful place. And to think it borders a public WMA.

Did he buy Cottonmouth where they are hunting now, or just leasing it? It has property in 3 states Mississippi,Louisiana, Arkansas Just leasing, it is will walkers place.

Be rest assured that he doesnt have anywhere close to that number in it. Throw a dart at the board on price, see if someone bites. If they do, take the money and 1031 it over into another bigger property and do it all over again. Anytime you can basically triple your money on a large scale like that, it's worth looking at. With Will's contacts, the next great piece of property to do the same thing over again on is just around the corner. David Morris did it with the Tecomate Ranch and went just down the road and started recreating it. That said it is a gorgeous place. There's been plenty of changes(Bought buy bushnell) at primos the past several years. I wonder if its become a financial burden on Will.
