Shot my Savage today using the 3" Remington accutips it took me about five shots to get in on target. This what I ended up with at 75 yards. I am going to tweak it some more after I look at some ballistics......

That doesn't look too shabby to me. Dead deer at 75 - 100 yds.

Big Al how do you have your 220 set-up? Dead on at 100 yards or a couple of inches high?

I'm shooting about 1 1/2 inches high at 100. The one deer I shot with it last year was between 90 & 100 yds. Unless I hunt somewhere other than my normal once or twice a year spot, I will not be making many shots over 75 yds. Last years situation was sort of weird as I had to wait for the deer to come out of a bottom that was full of privet. By the time I picked him up again as he was following a tree line, he was almost out of my sight and range. I felt very fortunate to get him.
