My worst: Cubs had a no-hitter thrown against them at Wrigley. Fist time the Cubs have been held hitless since Sandy Kofax threw a no-no against the Cubs in 1965.

My best...the empty seats at the start/finish line I saw at the brickyard 400 telecast. I just paused on the chanel as i was surfing late yesterday afternoon.

My worst...the plate ump interjecting himself into a meaningless showcase game my son was playing in down at the U of hoover saturday.

Ha! That's exactly one of the comments i made to him. Not to hijack this thread...but it don't seem to be headed anywhere anyways. This dude was a total douche. Idk if he just like the name team demarini or what...but he "chose" them from the get go. Always went to their dugout to talk to their coach, etc. It was a freakin showcase...win/lose don't matter. All the players were doing their jobs...he just didn't do his (which was be invisible). Idk if i've ever gotten on an ump that hard before and i must've been partially right cause my wife didn't tell me to hush like she normally does. She actually got up and got her camera out and started videoing.
