Janet's father passed away 2 years ago and he left his children some firearms and ammo. I have 200 rounds (10 boxes) of shells that I have no use for. They say on the box "CALIBER .30 MATCH M72 BULLET 173 GRAINS VELOCITY 2640 F.P.S." other side says "Lake City Ordnance Plant" These bullets look pristine.
They look like 30-06 bullets to me. I can send pics of boxes and bullet to anyone if you want. I figure someone may want them for the brass?

Garand mil ammo...great stuff for punching targets with a Garand 30-06. Pull bullet and replace with a hunting bullet, and it's hard to beat in a Garand. Normally shoots about a minute in quality bolt guns.
Lake City ammo is regarded as THE best military ammo produced in the world. Period.
