This place is located about 8 miles south of Camden. I just leased a small piece of land in that area and I have never hunted there before. Any info would be appeciated as to deer and turkey densities. Maybe even a place to put a camper. Thanks in advance.

No Sir, I couldn't afford that one.

I called and talked to the guy and decided it wasn't worth the drive and it was very expensive.

I leased 92 acres from Rayonier and for what it is I should have my but kicked for paying the price per acre that was asked. I just wanted a little place to hunt the extended season. I sure hope there's a lot of game there because it takes me 1:45 to get there. There's just not a lot of small tracts for lease above this area.

Should be a good area,I hunt about 14 miles SW in Wilcox; but on a small tract it's all about your neighbors.

I kill a bunch of hogs south and west of there.

well the two neighbors that live close by are super nice and of retirement age and one of them actually had the lease in his club. They let it go because it was to thick to hunt but now it has been thinned.the surrounding club shoots 6 pt or better and the two neighbors have some pretty nice wall decor.

The neighbors say there are hogs around this property but I havent seen any sign of them yet. But theres really no reason for them to be there either unless they like pinestraw.

Had a buddy that hunted some property by the firetower.
Said there were some good bucks and a good many deer and even more hogs.
