Didn't Mr. Wilborn ask you to come by his place and talk? And you refused? Your pretty good at making accusations about a guy, and not discussing them with him personally.

Easier just to ride by his store & walk around back. He use to have a sign in front of his store advertising turkeys for sale. Game wardens in Cullman know what's going on

I will tell you what proof. If that has been going on then you have some turkeys that don't look like wild birds running around on your place. Post up some kill or game cam pics and let's see them. A picture is worth a thousand words.

I can get you pics of birds I got from Dennis last year and nobody can mistake them for wild birds.

Really dude. What kind of statement is that? Game laws are enforced in Cullman as much as every other county.

I wish people wouldn't run their mouth about things they have no knowledge of...

Yeah, I thought they didn't enforce laws in Cullman co? Which one is it?

I was unaware of these charges until last night. Cullman did their job. Now up to the court system to do their job

Never was any to begin with. Just asking for proof instead of you coming on a public forum pointing fingers at people. You still haven't provided any proof of these "tame turkeys" he's supposedly turned out all over your property.

We do...

Here we have the evidence that the proper authorities are aware of the allegations, so let them do their investigating. In the meantime there is no point in running off sponsors from a site we all enjoy at their expense.

If you get evidence of the authorities refusing to look into the allegations, then we have a different matter, until then let them do their job, please.

Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

I will gladly pay any support that my comments may cost this site. I jus think folks should know what is going on. I've spent a lifetime developing prime quail and turkey habitat doing things the right way. Thinning, spraying, burning, planting. Just to have a neighbor release pen raised turkeys that put my life's work at risk. Wish anyone who supports this behavior the same.

And I fully, 100% support our local DNRC enforcement officers. They are great guys who are understaffed and under paid. They have all toured my property and understand my frustrations. They too get frustrated by the system and the bureaucracy. These type cases are very difficult to get a conviction. They are doing the best they can with the limited resources they have. It is the system they have to work with, not the officers that I was criticizing
