A pulled muscle and pinched nerve in my back has to be the worst pain I have ever dealt with. Broken bones don't hurt as bad as this. Simple task of putting something in the back of my truck has brought me to my knees. Chiropractic Visit, muscle relaxers, and anti inflammatories and orders to do nothing for the next few days!
The secret to a long marriage is to keep on dating, just as you did before marriage. We have "date night" once a week.
Hers is Saturday, mine is Thursday.
The only time a married woman gives those is if your not married to them!

They do suck but be thankful that it is a pulled muscle and it'll heal. My company quack Dr told me I had a pulled muscle in my upper back that turned out to be two thoracic herniated discs and I still deal with the pain, three years later.

I've had two back surgeries. I pulled a muscle about six months ago but thought I had ruptured another disc. I was having the same symptoms except the pain was in my right leg. My wife made me put ice on my back for two days and I was back to normal!
I was ready to go under the knife again because the pain was so bad but the ice did the trick!
