I have one but totally renovating it. Won't be ready for a few months I imagine. I'll keep and eye out.

How close? Walking distance or within a few miles? All mine are in the hood and all rented so that's out. Country club village is a good area for students and an investment house and you can still find some reasonable prices in the 70s and up. Google border drive mobile and some of those will come up. Stay out of hillsdale. It's better than it was but wouldn't want my kid there. Houses here still aren't selling well so it would be a good time to buy if you are looking at it. USA is growing every year so it's a good investment.

I'd say walking distance out to a mile or so. I'd rather pay a little more to be in a nicer area if buying for the resale value.
