I'll be watching. I saw a preview about this show last week with all the actors talking about the characters they played and their rolls in the history of Texas. The actor that plays Santa Anna said he believes the general was being occupied by a woman before the battle he and his army was defeated in that only lasted twenty minutes. Some historians say it happened that way as well but the woman was a spy and that can only explain how he was caught off guard.

Will it be entertaining? Yes, I'm sure it will be. Just don't think it's an accurate portrayal of what actually happened. The History Channel threw historical accuracy out the window a few years ago.

It did but I tell you one thing.You could tell that Hollywood stepped into the picture with that black girl in the show.She is HOT and from any pictures I have seen from the early 1900's and late 1800's Hot black women just werent a thing in those days.I really havent seen too many pictures of good lookin whiteys either.I guess they had to make it interesting.

I think she is supposed to be an octoroon or quadroon from New Orleans Never heard that terminology before. All I've ever heard was mulatto or sometimes I've heard them called true creole. I know it can make for some pretty women. Pissed because I missed the second night and it is not available on demand yet. I may be waiting until next week to catch up. What are the names of the two young wannabe rangers? It would have been cool if they named them Augustus and Woodrow, but the script may have other plans for them.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.
