Man oh man it smells good!I am laid up in the house with injuries from being run over by a pallet jack last week[long story,too long to fool with telling].Everytime I go out on the back deck to see the outside world for awhile I can smell the wonderful smell of smoking meat.I hope you guys eat an extra bite for me.This medicine the docs have me on has my gut messed up and I can't even think about bbq right now but when this is over I am firing up the smoker.
