You can de cock them with the cocker and this one is prolly shooting 290fps. All depends on grain. I was shooting 125gr.

Hunt4Jesus OP 4 point H Joined: Feb 2014 Posts: 334 MS	my 4 y/o shot this one and did well out to 40 yds. So it is perfect for children and adults. 305 fps is max but I have 125gr heads and it is around 290 i think with flemish.
