My wife wants some for her bird bath. They are illegal in this state. Her grandmother gave us some years ago but we didn't bring them in and they died during the winter. Is there a black market for plants?

I hear there is one for marijuana.

Just order them off the internet and shut up. You will be creating jobs once the plant becomes like Kudzu....damn

If I'm not mistaken, that crap is all over the Alabama river and it is or was in lay lake. I spent about 15 minutes digging an alligator out of a mat of it last year.

Just for the bird bath. I couldn't imagine a river full of that crap.

We had 10 acres of this stuff at one time. All because my grandmother put some in her goldfish pond and it took it over so she cleaned it out and put it in dads lake. In about two years it took the lake completely over. Had to drain them to get rid of the stuff
