It will be strictly trophy. It has a very nice lodge with everything you need. Each room has seperate shower and commode. I'm looking for a couple members. Not looking for someone who fills like they have to kill a deer to justify hunting. The place has been intensely managed for 10 years. If interested pm me.

Great dirt here as it sits nearly on the bank of the Ohio River. I went to look it over while up turkey hunting but it was just to wet to ride the property. Here are some deer this county has personally produced for me and some buddies. "Tomorrow is the most important thing in life. Comes to us at midnight very clean. However with my other leases I've about tapped me out on money. I need to stop the bleeding at some point. We hunt a farm not a long way from here and the area is amazing.Usually see 3-20 deer per day and have taken several good bucks and the farm is only 53 ac.Don't get me wrong I enjoy hunting Al.but I think you are making a blunder to spend big money to shoot a 100 in.deer.This area is only 5 hr.from N.Al.

The land is 65% woods and 35% crop fields There will be 9 members total i need 3 members. 8pt or better 130 min but needs to be 4.5 years old
