I have 24 +/- acres with 3/4 acre lake, green field, well, electricity, 3/4 mile off 78.
Already had site dug for basement house, electric fence for livestock, stable/shed, small camp house, fence for dogs, and I'm sure other things I'm forgetting.
Land had been cleared and has grown up, but may easily be cut with tractor.
Camp house needs to be finished up. Actually was bought for kid's play house.
