CPalmer72 OP 4 point Joined: Jan 2015 Posts: 495 Birmingham, AL	Just a prayer request. A buddy of mine that we have hunted with for years was shot this morning. Unsure the specifics yet but he crested a hill and father thought it was the turkey he had been listening to. His father shot him at around 30 yards and he was taken to Pell City hospital. From there was was flown to UAB. Think he is going to be okay but one pellet hit him in his right eye. Say a prayer and everyone be careful out there. Be sure of what youre shooting at and take all precautions possible!

CPalmer72 OP 4 point Joined: Jan 2015 Posts: 495 Birmingham, AL	update He was carrying a decoy trying to move. When he crested the hill, his dad shot at the decoy not knowing. The shot hit him on the left side of his body straight on. Several pellets hit his lungs, chest and face. One pellet (from my understanding) hit him in the right eye. Going to leave most of the pellets in him they said but have to do surgery on his eye tomorrow. Unsure if they will be able to save it or not
