Way to get it done MoodyC24. i can't seem to find any shooters in Bama since the first two weeks of gun. I'm hopin within the next couple weeks a good one will get stupid in daylight hours. If not I have till the end of February in Florida to hunt. But, I think I killed the two best ones on that property already. But, yA never stay tuned and hope for a upgrade.

Heading out tomorrow to hunt the river around Demopolis for a few days. Hopefully I can come home with an upgrade for my final buck this year.

What a season!! Or should I say lack of... Been a tuff season for me just getting to the woods this year. Hate I missed a big doe in bow season. I'll be out there Wed/Thur and that'll be the end of my season more than likely. We usually have 4-5 in the freezer by now and I'm horn hunting this time of year.

Honestly, my wife getting her first deer pretty much made my season complete. She's still not sure what she thinks about killing something though.

Good luck with the remainder of the season. Sorry my season has sucked for us in the team points. But, it's part of it with active kids in sports and I wouldn't trade that time for anything.

Thanks scrubbuck. I was blessed to be her guide that mornin. I've been with her and our two kids for their first kills. Sure is an awesome feeling!
