hunterbuck OP Booner H Joined: Dec 2001 Posts: 13,907 AL	Folks, be careful in everything you do while hunting. I've learned that a man died last week in Evergreen while cleaning a deer. It appears that he was deboning a ham, and when he cut a large piece of meat away, it slipped out of his hands. While the meat was falling, he grabbed for it, and accidentally stabbed himself in the upper thigh, severing his femoral artery. Bled out in a matter of minutes. I wrapped my bandana around it to slow the bleeding down. Finally my wife made me go to the doctors. The doc said a millimeter more I would have.been a goner.
