This is a new place that opened up in the Pelham area. It's off of the tank farm exit, on Hwy 52, behind the Publix. They charge by the pound rather than a flat fee. I think it's like $0.29 per pound to debone and then it's so much per pound depending on how you get it cut up. I dropped of a 94# doe there a few weeks ago, with guts and all, since we hunt just 15 minutes or so from there. I told them to leave the backstraps and tenderloins whole and grind the rest into burger, no fat. They called me yesterday to tell me it was ready. When I asked how much I owed them they told me it was only $50.49. shocked thumbup I haven't paid that little to have a deer processed in 15-20 years maybe. Any of ya'll hunt up that way, give them a try.

For that cheap, and if its good processing and packaging, I may go back to dropping a deer off instead of doing it myself.

They have a website for more info. I was impressed the day I was there. Didn't have the slightest hint of odor.

Can't find their website for some reason, maybe I was mistaken and just thought they had one. Here is their phone # 205-760-9033. Address is 140 Applegate Circle, Pelham, AL. It sits up on the hill behind the Publix just before the firestation. Not sure of the hours.

I was just reading thru their webpage and I'd say they have a great operation. Would love to have some of that Rope Sausage.

I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

Just dropped this one dad killed off. I called and the guy said they close at 7. They waited on me til 740. The guy asked me to help lift the deer over a water puddle by the sidewalk to keep the deer and their floor clean. So far they get an A+.

So, they will take it if it hasn't been field dressed? The website only says free skinning.
