x4- would love to find out if they ever need any members for the club in the back of Ballantrae. It is pretty close to where I work in Pelham. I think the property is owned by Delaney Land and Realty. Anyone have a contact for that lease?

I am relatively new to Bham and therefore don't have any contacts. If anyone knows of a club that needs members, or an available lease, please consider contacting me also.

Same here, we are in the process of a loan application for building a house in Calera off hwy 70 in Kensington Place bordering the Waterford subdivision. I know that Jason E has a lease that looks like it would literally back up to my backyard if we get the lot we want, but I will only be able to swing $1200-1500, maybe a little more but definitely not 2g's. It would only be me and maybe a guest once or twice a year if I can get my Dad and brother to come down from Wisconsin.

I joined Buck Haven last year which is just down from the ballantrae land mentioned above.1300 acres, 9 members and 1300 per person. Not sure if any openings for coming year but rick gilmore is the president. Land is 331 and joinertown rd. Been a tough year for us buck wise this year. Lots of pics but none in the freezer so far. Hoping that changes this weekend.
