Saw a small buck harassing some does in a field on the side of the road this afternoon in western Marshall county. The big boys should be on their feet within the next week, right on schedule.

Anyone have an update in the Lee/Macon county area (Notasulga)? Macon: Just about to happen for us. Young bucks are getting crazy. Tarsals are black. Bucks starting to scent check green fields. I'm headed to camp for a solid week this Friday and hoping my timing is right.
May we all die in bed at 95, shot by a jealous spouse

Hoping to get some hunting in while I'm down.
