I've never been on Facebook so I don't get it. I joined aldeer to learn more about deer hunting in Alabama and have some laughs in the process. If I wanted to know about people that aren't a part of my everyday life I would call them and ask.

Scott, I think your being a Puss about this. In my opinion, all the regulars does, and still will come here everyday, If someone stops coming to here and going to FB, they didn't come by here much anyway. All you can do over there is, post a picture, and talk. That's it. What does that hurt? I think one reason people like it is, they can post picture easier, mainly. But I really don't feel like it would hurt members log ins on this sight.. Just my opinion... Plus the FB site is new, give it a few days and it will calm down, I promise...

I'm on FaceBook and a member of the Aldeer group on there, but it will not stop me from coming to this site. This is where it began and I know several folks on here will not use FaceBook. FaceBook has no bearing on my not visiting this site.

How does doing anything on that page cost the owners here money? Are they paid per hit or post on this site? I know you have to give them 3% on what you sale. I'm genuinely curious. I guess they could sue for copyright infringement or something.

As a sponsor of this site I want the people here rather than facebook. More importantly I want folks to click on our link above. I check the number of hits we have every month, sometimes every week. I have to justify the expense. How many hits a week does your ad draw? Just curious. I've never clicked on one of the pop up ads...at least on purpose anyways.
