I'm looking for a new rangefinder. Anyone use a Leupold full draw? Are there any better options for under 300. I will use it mainly for bow hunting but rifle hunting some. Thanks

They aren't cheap but if it's a decent one it should last several years. I got a Bushnell Chuck Adams edition and it has been a good one. I had it out during the rain the other day and moisture had gotten inside the lens. I couldn't see out of it. But I'm looking at it now and it has cleared up. It's working fine.
I believe it was around 200. This is the fourth season I've used it.

I was actually thinking about looking into getting a rangefinder, but holy crap they are that expensive??? Never mind If you're going to bow hunt, a rangefinder is one of the best / most important investments you can make.

Who uses the slope setting and who uses the regular setting? Just curious.

Who uses the slope setting and who uses the regular setting? Just curious. I don't have one with angle compensation. But from practicing at home, both elevated and flat, the biggest difference I've ever had was like 2 yds.

The display on mine shows both. Usually the ARC reading is two or three yards less.
