Hey guys, we will be selling about 250 acres in North Perry Co. My dad has owned this tract for about 20 years. It is a diverse tract with some cutover 75 acres ish (replanted 2 yrs ago) the rest is hardwood timber. Has good deer hunting, big deer good genes but not over loaded with numbers of deer. Turkey hunting is good as well. There are 3 creeks and a small 1 acre pond. County Road access and power on the county rd.
