160gr STOS glue on on a 40gr adapter=200gr head, tip tantoed to make it stronger.
arrow charts don't work on carbon shafts too well. You pretty much have to spine test the shaft by bareshaft method to get the right shaft. Center cut of the bow also affects this. Thanks. I have some arrows coming in and I'll do some bare shaft tuning. He recommended leaving them full length (less stiff spine I'm guessing) so I will try this. Going fletch with True Flight Feathers. The ones in the pics are gateway. I have some Buzzcuts 125, Zwickey 130 & 160, and Snuffer Originals. Decisions, decisions

to bareshaft start with a full length shaft and the point weight you want. Cut the shaft shorter as you go from the nock end, 1/4" at a time till you get straight shaft in the target. Nock low is ok. If you start with full shaft and nock to the right(right handed shooter) you are too stiff, only option is add point weight.
I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....

very nice looking setup,I started hunting with traditional this year,I have a custom Bighorn 64# @ 28,and a super Kodiak 55# @ 28,but I pull to 29,and I have a longbow on the way that I had built by Nate at BAMABOWS it's an Expedition 3 hunter,55# @ 28,I can't wait to get my hands on it.
I would rather be turkey hunting
