Justice triumphs! Rob is forced to pay the fine for his criminal negligence on improper paperwork. Meanwhile, Jimmy Spikeshooter has his 8 completed harvest records shoved in a drawer, and his 24 spikes are all in the freezer. Well, no law can be designed to cover all the lawbreakers, but its good to see an outlaw like Rob get whats coming to him. Once again we see that the system works!

I know one more that does....... troy No he doesn't. The guy you are talking about set his own limit at just 3; got nothing to do with the state limit. Now me, I'd keep blasting them. One a day, of course.
