Working with my doc and my chiropractor, and through my own research this is what I take daily. Just wonder what others see as essential? Physicians used to say supplements just make expensive urine, but now many are on board, especially with multivitamins and the importance of D3.

I try not to take anything unless I absolutey have to. I don't even like taking Tylenol. Read a study somewhere that multi-vitamins may shorten your lifespan.

Doctor had me taking a super B complex until the iron in my blood got so high I had to go every 2 weeks and get a unit of blood taken out for 6 months to lower my iron level. No more vitamins for me 56 year old.
Just 100 proof Captain Morgan !!

None for me. I just try to eat right. As far as pills go 1 baby aspirin and Toprol for a fib.

They said vitamin overdose is like an oil spill in the body overflowing the system. That is why I cut back the multi Silver and MulitB to every other day (alternating the two). I still wonder if even that is too much?

The best thing is probably a combination of the paleo and Mediterranean diets.
But there are certain substances that deplete with age that are good to replace (non vitamin substances).

If you're taking vitamin supplements in any form other than liquid or gel cap (or flintstones gummies)you may as well just be throwing your cash straight in the toilet. Almost none of them dissolve before you pass them and you get no nutritional value from them if you can't absorb them.
So, liquid form is best?
