Sawzall in the skinning shed.

my brother is a surgeon in south Fl. I watched him cut up a deer with a chain saw several years ago....fair job...I think he is a better surgeon than meat cutter..LOL
I've cut em with everything and anything, including a flint flake. I've done em every way it can be done and made up a couple. Nowdays I just get em out of the cooler and I haul em to the processor and drop em off.
I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....

Debone while hanging no need to ever cut a bone. The whole deer is cleaned with a knife only.

Debone while hanging no need to ever cut a bone. The whole deer is cleaned with a knife only. Same here, except I don't hang a deer to clean him. It's all on the ground or tailgate. everything is deboned with knife including neck. Only thing saw is used for is removing antlers from skull and I use a saw zaw for that when I get home.
