Anyone have one. Any reviews? With the price of the oil I was wondering if it would be better to get an oilless one.

Thanks

Yes. Get one. You'll wonder why it took you so long. Follow the directions and season the vessel.

I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

Lowes has them for $89.99. A gallon of oil is $8. That's what got me to thinking

So the turkey doesn't get dried out

Got the 80 dollar one at academy today and cooked a ham in it for dinner. Worked well. Outside is a little too crispy but I just stuck the ham in and turned it on and didn't spend much time trying to cook it perfectly.

Charbroil Big Easy is what I have. Get the clamshell basket for it too. You'll thank me later. Bake taters wrapped in foil on top while you cook in the vessel too. If you have an oil type fryer you can use the stand up thingy to run up thru the turkey in the oil-less also.

I have two and love each. Used to cook in peanut oil but that can be expensive. Plus an oil-less lets you rub stay on and you injection mix and turkry juices go to a drip pan where they can be brought to temp and spooned over your sliced bird. thumbup

I bought one last year. It's worth it and does a great job. Less mess to deal with too.
