What are the rules on hunting on lakes and rivers? Are you able to just hunt anywhere?

Yea there are plenty. Finding them is half the fun. Launch boat early, park it, and listen for shots...  Really????? You're gonna lead this guy down the quick path to coming back to the boat ramp and realizing he needs a new set of tires.
