My stihl was 75$ bucks same problem, they also replaced air filter and sharpened chain.

How much you want for it as is? As is . . . $60. But I would put some fuel in and make sure it will still crank and run before I tried to sell it to anyone. It still ran fine several months ago when I put it up (empty of fuel, of course). Also, you understand I am diagnosing the problem based on the most likely scenario. I've not torn it apart.
